1. Before (T-2–3 weeks):

Kickoff call, assets checklist, ad specs, brand pack, roster upload. We use very easy and user-friendly systems such as Dropbox for content upload.

2. Event Day:

Photographer arrival, coverage plan, point of contact, contingency for weather.

3. After (within 48 hrs):

Proof → 1 revision round → final link + QR code + distribution template. We send you the link to distribute, or we can handle distribution on your behalf with your player & sponsor contact list.
